We highlight various mindfulness exercises that can be incorporated into daily life. These exercises encourage clients to focus on what is occurring in the present moment, free of judgment or restrictions, as well as encouraging clients to follow actions that will improve and enrich their daily lives. We have worked with groups large and small from a range of demographics, and in turn have experience adapting our mindfulness training to suit a variety of individuals.
